What is success? Different people have different opinions on this question. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success?

So far, the best definition of success is: "Success is the achieving anything intended." In other words success is finishing what you planned to do. Make a plan and follow it and you will succeed. Make a plan and do not follow it and you will have failed. Success comes after failure. 

Every dream is personal but the principle is the same. Practice to be successful is a principle that can change your life totally. Do the things that your goal requires, whether you like it or not. If you want to be rich you have to do those things which will make you rich.   

It is also important for you to get along well with you co-workers, care for each other and help each other. Moreover, having a goal is important for most people to be success but it does help to have a clear idea of what success means to you.
